How do i cloak my virtual camera from being detected?

Yeah i thought of this too i’ve been trying to change some basic driver info and i’ll see if it works

Did you have a solution for that? I'm stuck at changing some driver information
It’s been a while, the best thing i found i think is changing the friendly name of the software and changing up some stuff in registry.

I have also considered changing some information from the virtual camera driver in the Registry, but I was told that it is not feasible and that it could affect my PC's system when edited. Have you encountered this issue? Is there any feasible solution for editing some information in the virtual camera driver?
I didn't fuck up my pc haha dont worry about it, maybe you will ruin something if you get an actual camera for your pc in the future but thats about it

what did you guys change in registry? i tried renaming the friendly names in the following paths, but uhmegle.com still detects virtual camera

obs's virtual camera driver is stored here: C:\Program Files\obs-studio\data\obs-plugins\win-dshow, it installs via a script that registers some regkey values. I wonder if changing the path names and where obs is installed can help with detection? no idea

Same here! Tbh i’ve been stuck trying to cloak my virtual cam since I started my side gig last month,idk if any method works. I'm relieved someone finally asked this. I've felt a bit lost trying to figure out a method on my own.
