how do add h1 tag to my wordpress theme

I recently realized that my theme doesn't have a h1 tag at all. I know how important that is for SEO and I wanted to add it. I'd like if possible the h1 tag to be the same as the title of every post.
I'd be really grateful if somebody can tell me how it's done.

Option 1.
Just install the SEOpressor plugin this will help you setting H1 H2 and H3 tags plus keyword optimizing your posts etc..
Highly recommended..

Option 2.
choose from the drop down menu (see picture)

I usually edit my wordpress themes, it's not very hard to find the right places to tweak.
Edit the index.php of your theme, locate where you need the H tag, insert :)
