How did you start making $$$?

started putting ringtones on peoples phone when i was in school, and kept on lookin for new ways to make money ....

Haha, The crazy thing is, in that photo, Escobar looks like my brother (though my brother's a little thinner)

I've never really thought about how much of what I did as a kid was organized crime, but looking back now, it's a good thing I didn't get caught, there was no way I could have outrun much on my huffy.

I earned my first dollar by selling a MP3 download i downloaded from internet renamed it as "How to attract love in your life" and sold it for 1$.

Some ten peoplr bought it.That made me beleive that i can earn from internet.
I never knew that selling copyrighted stuff is not allowed back then.

now days it pretty hard to do any of these small "crime" style businesses. maybe i can promote crack with IM

i've tried many things and have lost or come break even each time when i was a kid. the first thing i started making money consistently at was small stakes poker (after losing a lot of money learning of course). then it lead to IM and actual "work". now i am good and going places

I started making money several years ago by botting World of Warcraft and selling the gold to gold companies. Made about $350 a week. This was truly a set it and forget it operation. The only thing I needed to do was contact buyers asking them if they needed gold. The bot did all the work. After I got banned twice for doing this I kind of fell out of it. Now I can't find anything that is as profitable >_<

Started off jacking pokemon cards from the local shop, we had that place on lockdown. Must've been about 14 at the time and had a really organised setup, like two of us would distract the cashier by paying for something all in pennies whilst someone else would grab the cards from the till without them noticing.
We had so many that we ended up selling them to kids, going to events where people swapped cards and sold them there too. The other day I went to the forest that we used to go to after getting the cards, the floor is still covered in the shiny wrappers haha.
Even got to a point where this one kid had completed all these sets and got interviewed by some TV crew, little did they know that 99% of those cards were stolen haha.

Few years later moved onto selling copyrighted software on ebay. One of us bought a cheap copy of some autoroute software and though 'if he can do it, why can't I?' which then applied to literally everyone in our social circle who was running this scam. I remember there was a period of noone seeing each other because we were all too busy doing this, each of us with our own duplicator in sweat shop mode haha. One memory sticks out when I was at this girls house and in the morning I checked my paypal on her pc and had $800 in there overnight.
Ebay set up this system soon after though, think it's called VERO? One of the guys got busted and a hefty fine and everyone stopped after that.

WOW really fun to read, i started out selling some fake rare pokermon card for 5$ each, and sometimes sell a 10 cards for 55$ (yeah they couldn't get maths right)

When I was 16 I started selling newspaper subscriptions door to door, that was a funny job! Thing is I got $15 for every subscription I sold but the subscription only cost the customer $10 (they had some stupid summer sale thing). So all I did was borrow some money from my older brother (he wanted a cut of course) and began telling people that I couldnt convince to sign up that I would just buy the subscription for them. Needless to say I made bank that summer!

yea i guess...at least i made some kinda start. i know people who still don't believe you can make a dollar online easier than anything.
my first real earning, however (real=$100+) was from selling ebooks on DP last week.

now looking to start making some from autoblogs and will soon be entering CPA

Hummm, i sold a couple music cds / games etc when i was younger, not much 10 bucks here and there, i also remember selling roms (emulator games) for the pc lol

LoL Wow... Well I started off scamming pay per click programs and a site called iWon.com.... Then I got into CC Fraud. I was BANKING on that, selling autoparts to the kids in high school.
Then once I hit 18 and almost got caught with CC Fraud, I decided to get into spamming porn and dialers. I had my own dialer site and I was again making a killing. Nowa days I am struggling to find a way to make some decent cash online.

My first money i made was taking money from photocopier machines that was refunded, than i would try and sell pop cans, than i started selling graphics online, than i finally got a part time job! lol
