Hello everyone,

I’m aware that YouTube requires creators to meet certain thresholds — 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 hours of watch time (or 10 million Shorts views in 90 days) — before monetization through AdSense or the Shorts Fund becomes available.

I’ve heard that there are various methods to help reach this milestone faster, but I’m not sure which ones are truly effective.

Some people mention SMM panels that sell subscribers, views, or engagement (possibly through bots), and others talk about platforms like Microworkers, Timewall, or Serpclix, where real users watch parts of your video or subscribe manually.

I'd really appreciate your feedback:
Which method is the most effective and cost-efficient for reaching the monetization threshold?
Have you tried any of these approaches, and what were your results?

Thanks in advance for your honest insights!

What I think is that why not grow it organically, like creating the videos and than sharing your YouTube link inside relevant groups where niche relevant audience are there.

Fresh IPs checking your channel and than subscribing it can't easily be bought, thus I recommend start growing organically.
It will help in long term as well.

How did I reach monetisation? I did it organically, but then again, I was not in any rush to make it profitable and still am not really.

If you cannot wait, and you want a solution that is practically free, then I suggest temporarily using one of the various view4view applications out there wherein you watch other peoples' videos in exchange for coins which you can then use to promote your own videos. Now, these applications are practically scams and never give you the full amount of views that you order, but they do give you something. Otherwise, the upfront investment of buying real views is good. There are many threads here discussing what the best places to buy engagement is, but you really ought to make sure that you optimise your videos for growth beyond getting to that threshhold. A real, smaller user base is more valuable than a large, artificial one that you have to upkeep.

Hey,

Your right there are way quicker methods to reach 4k hour or monetization and the best 2 methods is

1- buy 4k hours and 1k subs from panels, make sure you go to a reputable panel that has working services, however in this method you have to wait for 2-3 weeks. go for this if your channel has some amount of watch hours and you want to add the balance watch hours and subscribers,

2- The most easiest method would be to buy a pre-monetized channel which is already in the youtube partnership program, we would suggest that you go for channels with 20-100k subs range channels with recent activity like minimum 20-50k views in last 48 hours, this means the channel is in the algo and it won't matter even if you put new content, youtube will suggest it to the right audience and adapt the channel to new niche.
You can also go for 1k subs pre-monetized channels, they also work perfectly well.

And the other method yes would be to go to sites like picoworkers, microworkers etc , however it's more hectic than the traditional panel watch hours services.

Okay, thank you for all your answers, it's much clearer now.

I suggest you DON'T buy any type of views, watch hours etc...
1k subscribers is fairly simple using shorts, meanwhile the hard part is the 4k watch hours.
As some people already mention here, organic is the way. From experience, wasting money on panels or services like view 4 view are completely gambling. Most of the time, YouTube will drop your views, reduce your recently bought subscribers or your audience, because of this type of services, will be coming from very low monetized countries, which means, at the end, your channel wont be profitable.

Also, when you reach monetization, Youtube will be 100x times stricter with your channel...

Just my opinion, at the end, you can always experiment like I did and test different things to grow :)

The early stages are quite difficult with YouTube. Personally, I think the best way is to focus on quality content, post videos regularly and interact with viewers. Using SMM panels or bots can help increase subscribers quickly, but it is easy for YouTube to detect and block the channel, which is not sustainable. If you persevere in building a natural channel, combining reasonable promotion, achieving the conditions for making money will be more stable

use short, dont need quality content, target 3rd world country you can get monitized within 1 month

I recommend growing your channel organically by creating videos and sharing your YouTube link in relevant niche groups. Genuine subscriptions from fresh IPs can't be easily purchased, and this strategy will benefit you in the long run.

Content ! Content ! Content !

Content is the King

Make a solid video with quality content

Analyze the videos which went viral relevant to your niche these will provide lot of insights

Titles, descriptions, and thumbnails are crucial for organic growth and ranking, yet no one has mentioned them.
