I am completely hopeless. It's been four months that I keep going to sleep satisfied that I skipped the "good night's cigarette", yet as soon as I wake up the first thing I feel is urge of nicotine.
This is terrible, it's driving me crazy because I know that I'd rather not smoke, because it's bad. But still, that urge of nicotine is there, haunting me every hour or so. As I am writing this I can't wait to submit the thread to light my cigarette outside.
You see, in life, you have difficult moments. I am looking forward for an achievement that would allow me to relax and enjoy a few stressless days, hopefully allowing me to quit smoking during those.
It's all about a mindset, isn't it?
So... What changed in yours, when you quitted smoking?
