How did this guy get 4 million views?

So this video was posted one day ago and has around 4.5 mill views. Just a simple video and is promoting fatlossfactor from clickbank via link in the description. probably made good dough as the video has a decent amount of views. Does anyone know how he could have managed to get that many views on a shite video like this? Looks botted up as hell.

They used the number one method of making profit online - play on people's biggest issues. While that video may have seemed shite, all the people out there that are struggling with weight loss will most likely click it
 
This was boosted through my system which is causing some over-delivery glitch all over YouTube. I'd ask the OP kindly to remove the link please.

Yes it was boosted using your system. The owner of the video created a thread on another forum regarding this delivery. You should fix the system.

Actually this wasn't the intention - seems everything I boosted in the last 24 hours has gone straight charts and main pages - even CPA offers, etc.

It's causing some problems - all I ask is the OP to remove this as soon as possible, we have YT staff here.
 
This video even showed up in Colombia, saw my girlfriend watching it lol.
 
I assigned 1100 views to my video and it received 67000 views...
 
Funny its also on my tube homepage. It must be worldwide :)

He makes threads in millions of forums asking "How did this guy get millions of views?"
 
I removed the link as skittles asked me to. But Wouldn't YT patch this up anyway now that the videos are showing up on the front page and everything?
