I want share games, films download links in my website. But some people says that is illegal. How I undetected from DMCA?

You can move to a country that doesn't care or you can use torrents and even then that can get you in trouble see piratebay, but not if you upload the torrents anonymously and link it back to some offer or website (which also if they are in your own name could land you in trouble if someone cared to trace it back).
