How copy a script .php ?
I want a script .php but is not my website. How copy it?
The script is a grab. I know the adress of the script, but i don't copy because when i acces the link the script started.
Can I down the script for 1 minute to copy? Or how can i copy a script php?

How copy a database on the phpmyadmin ?

you can't unless you know sql injection or can bruteforce their cpanel php scripts operate server-side

it's all server side so the only way you are getting the script and the database is if you hack the server. i'm cool with bh methods but hacking a server to steal scripts/data is shitty

here's an alternative: consider approaching the owner of the site to see if they'll sell it

The script is server-side and does not belong to you. You should not, and will not, have access to the code. You are asking developers how to steal another developer's code. You think we are going to help you do that?

Give us the link to see how the script works. We might be able to suggest you an alternate script.

If you think you can steal the script..... then I do not think you would be able to handle running the script...

PHP is protected for security reasons. You need to hack the server to get access to the script.

You can find an alternative opensource script online or hire a developer to do the job for you.
