No, it's a brand new domain name and the stats is for a subdomain, you know what i mean.
Majestic seo is displaying 2 backlinks though.
Is google webmasters tool that imprecise.....

What you mean 2 websites coming - are you using your own account or someone else and added your website in Google Webmaster

Are they internal links? (links from your own site). If not then someone must've blasted your site with links.

I meant only 2 website are displaying when I click the "more" button to view linked sites. I have my own google webmaster account where I added my website. That's why I see the stats.
I don't understand how google detects 47,025 total links linking to my site. Might be an error?

No, they aren't internal ones. Like you can see in the pic, "Links to you site" and down of it: [TABLE="class: properties-table"]

So if someone blast my site with links I can't see them on webmasters tools, or how?

You're right on this point. But the main domain has approximately 200backlinks to it. But the stats that I'm showing is a subdomain. You know what i mean,
