Hi, guys i need a help! i can't buy on walmart i'm outside the US it necessary that you should have an us paypal account ?? : / there is any other solution for this problem please.

You must have a US paypal account and US address before you can buy and ship on walmart.
 
Are the margins even worth drop shipping using walmart??

If you can't buy from where you are chances are they aren't able to ship to you.
 
If you still experience issue with Walmart just let me know.
I am using Walmart gift cards and I have no issue dropshipping from them
