I used the vimeo premium account for protection on my videos. I realize that, but the video can be downloaded with programs "plugins" of browser as a "ant video downloader"(that is a plugin a browser mozilla firefox). How can I stopped there plugin? Or is possible to create another player who get the source file on vimeo but don't play there plugin? Is a posibility to stop ?

I think everything can be downloaded online... Maybe watermarks could help?

i tried with watermark but isn't useful. The best solution is "stop the plugin of browser". Exist any script,javacript , anything ?

You can't. If it plays, there 's always a way to rip it.

There is no way to protect anything that you place online. Once something is online it is 100% vulenerable. You can make the process harder, but it will never be 100% secure.

you can rip it manually via your temp folder when your visiting video site, theres not much to do.

It's not just the plugin that can rip Vimeo videos but there are sites and other programs as well. Like the others said watermark or use a DMCA service.

Yes, all the way watermark your video, because it is useless for someone with watermarked text.

No matter how you encrypt it it's got to be decrypted eventually to play. No real way around it.

There's no 100% security. everything you place online can be downloaded, rip, copied or even pirated. There's no much of an option. But you can make the process harder but not 100% secure for everyone. Everything that is online has a backdoor.
