If the emails are unsolicited, I would definitely recommend creating about 15-20 accounts on Gmail.

You can then use PHP to send via Gmail's SMTP server. Their servers won't get flagged for spam, so you just have to make sure your message passes the filters.

Also, you could do it with less accounts, but the more you spread it across, the less chance of getting caught.

Try the SendInBlue online software it worked well for me being a newbie, easy designing and sending of emails, also the pricing is affordable.

I see others have suggested ElasticEmail, I used to use it for a bit.

I made tool for my needs, one part of tool making emails, second sending, but from each account sending only 10 per day, and all emails goes to inbox . if user have 10.000 emails, for one day will send 100.000 emails from those 10.000 email accounts. It is posible decrease or increase limit of 10 emails per account. User have cost for sms verification for each email and proxies..... I wanted start mass selling this tool, but all parts and secrets will be public, i will maybe share/sell with several people.

You can use Elastic Email.And if you want to send more in future you should go to SES.
