How can I sell my electrical services on Facebook?

I'm trying to get more phone calls and leads for an electrical service company. What would be the best way to do it with Facebook ads
Ceiling Fan Installations
Car Charger Installations
Light Fixture Installations
ETC
Videos or Pictures
How much will I pay if I target about 20 cities?
Should I redirect the ads to a landing page or a contact form?

That's a good method. But I think calls and messages are still more effective, you should focus on building products to meet each customer's needs!

Proper pixel setup for fb ads

Join the groups in the cities you want to target and offer your services there.

Just be sure they allow that as some groups don't allow commercial sales but usually the SwipSwap ones are pretty flexible. I'm an admin of a bunch of SwipSwap groups and I allow that.

Messaging does not work as well from my experience as does posting your content in groups and ALWAYS include pictures as those get a ton more attention than posts without them. Consider that what you are sharing is Instagram content for those group posts as that sells.

Go to Facebook and join your work-related group, from there you will get a lot of traffic. Make a separate page and display your work on it. I think you should make a landing page to advertise your service better

Create a page that showcases your business and use it to join target groups. You should be more informative than selling. Now that you are in bhw you have a head start in buying likes, reviews before the real ones come.
