How can I monitize this domain ?

I have a domain immediatecarinsurance.com . Lame I know, made a noob mistake some time ago. Bought this domain with the intention of selling it because car insurance has high CPC but some people are saying it's worthless while others are telling to sell it on flippa .

Don't know what to do :/ If I list it on Flippa and nobody buys I will lose another $9 for listing.

If I make some articles regarding car insurance and put affiliate links, will it be worth it ? What about adsense ?

The KW "immediate car insurance" gets 70 searches per month in Google at an approx CPC of $25.89. Make yourself a MNS and use the domain with your site main KW being "immediate car insurance". Add content using this KW and further articles using some easier long tail kw's. The main KW is pretty difficult to rank for but not impossible. Good luck!

If it seems the site is good with design and its working then I must say you should sell it on Flippa.

It actually shouldn't be THAT hard to rank for that KW. Competition looks average. If you have some experience with AdSense & SEO give it a try OP
