How do I monetize a blog with 300-500 daily organic traffic?
I don't wanna use adsence because I won't earn anything due to low traffic.

Such traffic is hard to monetize. If you ranking for very good keywords and capture leads, then money can be made with it.

Try selling guest post, promote affiliate products. Google best monetization for your niche. Check if it can be done with low traffic. Last but not least, keep adding posts and try increasing traffic. As the site gets more traffic and more posts, authority increases so it gets easier to rank and get more traffic.

You can try to collect their emails and build a mailing list. Even though you have a low amount of visitors in the long run you can monetize that email list by sending weekly emails with affiliate links!

If your niche is extremely focused then you could try some direct partnership, e.g. with local businesses or something.

Otherwise as far as WWW is concerned, that's very low traffic indeed and nearly impossible to monetize unless it's very very focused and specific (and good).

For this amount of traffic, Ezoic would pay $100-150/m
You can earn $60-70 through affiliate commissions
If your website has good DA/DR (30 +), you can easily make at least $300
Overall, you can make $500-600 per month.

CPA offers / Adsense / Selling private ads.
There are millions why buy first I was focused on growing the traffic to see real results from the blog.

Good luck!

Are the ranked keywords informational or commercial? In both cases, I would rather focus on increasing the traffic first.

Well there is no traffic that cannot be monitized, the only problem is how you are going to convince advertisers that you are going to deliver, and how much you will be able to charge.

I suggest you focus on creating good contents first and generate enough traffic or better still, create your own products and sell.

Well, that's 9,000-15,000 views per month, that's quite decent!
Keep on growing and adding contact, look for older posts that have some kind of traffic and see if you can add a paragraph or two and add some affiliate products.
Adsense / Ezoic as well, while it might not be thousands of dollars right of the bat, you could use the money to buy backlinks and grow your website further.
Selling guest posts is also a good idea.

Ezoic with Mediation (Google Adsense) enabled and Amazon or other types of affiliate in your posts

Find some relevant offers and promote it and try to scale your amount of visitors.
