How can i manage multiple Wordpress Installations? (Bulk Upload for Media Gallery,Updates)

Is it possible to manage 3-10 or more wordpress blogs at once? I want to upload images to 10 blogs simultaneously. Without logging in to every single WP and doing it. Anyone knows how to do that? Thanks for helping! :]

Thank you, but it seems WP Multsite only works if you run everything in subfolders and subdomains on 1 domain like multi.wordpress.com / or / wordpress.com/multi. I need a solution that can add any wpinstallation with diffrent domains and on diffrent hosts.

You could code something custom by using XML-RPC.
