How can I make this on blogger? It can be done easily on wordpress with free elementor but I am unable to do this on blogger. Any idea?

It's been a while since i used blogger but it was possible to edit the template back in the day.

You could have made anything in HTML + CSS really.

I tried in many ways but can't find any solutions... I am not good at html css

You need to manually add css and html
Unless you can code, then wordpress is better choice
Anyway, even Wix and Webflow are better than blogger these days

It looks quite simple actually.

Maybe a clickable image would do the trick.

anyway - it's really basic html+css, You should achieve it after googling for 2-3 times
