How can i make this bot

Hello everyone

I currently have a tube site, my question is, how would I go about making a script/program/bot/whatever that will go download most recent videos from different tube sites then upload the videos to my openload.co library, grab the embed codes for each video and automatically add them to my site. its just trawling through each video post one by one adding the embed link that is gonna take me forever. Can anyone help me out? which programming language I need to learn to make this bot? Can paython do this alone?
