How can I make playstore/appstore reviews?

Hey I was wondering how i can make reviews for an app on playstore and appstore, I have gmails proxies and everything but i was wondering do we use any type of program to access the appstore pr playstore maybe an emulator like bluestacks for playstore?

in this matter you can contract with expert . In black hat world you will find experience Expert. In my opinion you should go with paid experience expert one.

I'm trying to learn how to make them my self , I don't mind paying for that also.
but i already know 70% how this works im just trying to figure out the resst.

Mostly they uses some script written in python with gmail ids and call the review api exposed
