can anyone help me to give me advice . Without paying any cost , how can I become a Email Marketer ?

you can get lots of tutorial videos in youtube so first you can get ideas from it gives more ideas for your knowledge get it faster.....
you also get lot of tips from this same BHW so you learn it easy............

Fail a whole bunch of times. Watch a ton of videos. Fail a bit more. Become successful. :) good luck, stay with it and you'll get the hang of it.
 
Ask google. They have a lot of answers.

There's also a lot of WF courses that teach you about email marketing. Most of them are crap but some are good. Google will help you find those guides for free. ;)
 
There's a really great site that will teach you for free!!! It has almost ANYTHING you would need to know about email marketing or online marketing.
RIGHT HERE!

"Without paying any cost" -- You can't! It is going to cost you time and effort at a minimum. And if you are not very careful it may cost you your reputation.

To answer your question directly, I suggest signing up for a Mailchimp account.
Then read all of their blog posts and support articles. Then watch all of their videos.

Then come back here and search and read some more! -- Good luck!
 
But before you go into all of that, I suggest that you work a bit on your English. No offense, but it's needed in the business you're looking to get into.

E-mail Marketing is just a little part of the whole thing. So, Why not focus on the whole thing??? Expand yourself to social media like facebook etc. Secondly, getting free of cost email addresses lists would include a lot if irrelevant audience. Focus on your target audience instead of wasting your time and efforts.
 
Google. Forums. Youtube videos provide stale details usually, but you could try a few of those. Mainly failing over and over until you find something that works. I've always said it took me a year of failing to realize what not do do, instead of what to do. Best of luck!
 
google watch videos read blogs read books, fails for few times, never let go
 
Email marketing - Learn how to create a landing page that converts and practice writing since you will be sending emails.
 
You need to search more on BHW and also google . And then learn something new .

As people said above, find those videos, download ebooks, read them but you will get to know something only when you try doing practically something. Read and Implement :)
