Make sure that in addition to your quality content, you have quality backlinks, ensure that you promote it well through the social media, dont be predictable as that may become boring to read, create the urge to have your content and keep the readers guessing. If you want more traffic you can do with good old fashioned CPM campaigns. Have you ever heard of Bluagile? they have a self-serve RTB platform that you could you which is good to get more people to go to your website

You can get traffic on your blog by promoting the links to social media and different places.
You can use twitter and Facebook to get traffic on your blog. You can also create backlinks for promoting this.
 
Sounds like you have a ton of content. If you have enough quality content, I would start putting more of the effort into guest post on relevant sites that have good PR. I would also put more time into marketing your already published content to other relevant blogs as well. Lower your posting schedule and focus on these for a couple months. If done right you will see the difference for sure.

A great strategy is to build your email list to keep people up to date. Don't send emails too frequently bc it starts to feel like spam but once or twice a month should work well to begin with!
 
If you have good content just build quality links to it and you will surely rank
