How can I increase the traffic on my website

Hello there,

I started my blog almost two years with the purpose to make some money using AdSense, the content of the site is in Italian and it contains video review (viral videos and stuff like that) and funny pictures.

During these two years I have made a small campaign on Facebook in order to get some "likes" (over 3000) and I still get an average of 100 page views and 1000 visitors a month, despite publishing every single day.

I believe that after almost two years, I am supposed to get more traffic. I have a couple of backlinks and sometimes I leave comments on good Italian Alexa websites. I don't know if that is good or anything... I would like to get an opinion from someone more expert, any tips is very appreciated.

Sounds like you're on the right track. I would try to link your posts to each other whenever its relevant. Remind your viewers of an old blog post you made about a relevant topic. Do it often and it could mean a lot of traffic.
 
Keep the website updated with quality content And start building high quality backlinks With high Pr site
 
Couldn't have said it better myself. Key to increasing traffic is to have new high quality content on a regular basis and working towards getting high quality backlinks related to your niche in with that sharing links to your content will also help to increase traffic.
 
Keep updating some quality content, create some visual content (Infographic) which will be very helpful. And then create some unique videos and upload it on Youtube. Best of Luck. :)
 
As is mentioned above, good quality, fresh content is so important, I also found adding links from each page to other pertinent pages on my site really helped, as each visitor stayed on my site longer it improved both my adsense earnings and improved my SERP ranking.
 
Keep updating you content and focus for content that you post

Create a Facebook page
Post new articles on Twitter
Use Tumblr to gain followers
Set up a Google+ Page
Pin your articles on Pinterest.
Submit your articles to Reddit and Digg

4. Catching the Eye
Build a cohesive, modern design for your site
Balance your page
Keep it simple
Take clear, high-quality photographs
 
Is your content original?
If so after two years you should have more traffic from google.

If you publish every day, you have about 300 articles?

If your articles are unique I really don't know why don't you have more traffic from search engines.

Also why are you only on facebook?
Start with twitter, pinterest, ig.
 
For the increasing in traffic social media and micro blogging sites can play an effective role but for this you should have decent number of followers and fans. Thanks.

Well, I believe my content is original as I select one of viral video around the net and I write a review in italian before publishing.

Usually I do one or two posts a day. And I have just 1000 articles at the moment, even though for one year I was publishing only pictures, videos and gifs without content just title, then I have changed wordpress theme and I have decided to do these reviews on videos.

Just started with Twitter and Tumblr. Let's see how it goes.
 
People like seeing new and fresh content on sites. This will keep them coming back for more.
 
Well dear best is to do online advertising to promote your website. Search engines and social media sites really helps to promote site. Make mini sites on Squidoo, Hubpages, use Face book , twitter, forum participation,link building, Blogs Comments Posting etc. also helps to reach our targeted audience. Better online marketing tools are very effective
 
Traffic is the king for website ranking. So you should proper quality backlink. You can use Backpage and craigslist (classified ads) for quality backlink, If you create a backlink those two sites I am sure You will get high quality laser targeted traffic to your website.

  3. Broken link submit
  4. Forum posting/Answer community is the best for website traffic.

First of all, you must start with right keywords that will attract users to your site.
You can use different services to pick up keywords (e.g. http://semrush.com https://ranksonic.com/generate-keywords-key.html)
Find relevant keywords for your website and create the perfect content for them.
Think about a user, not about search engines.
Answer all questions about related keywords that users can have. Create article with 500+ words.


And only then direct your efforts for backlinks, etc.
Keep in mind that people will share your content with social media if would be really interesting and helpful.
