Yes, but with public groups, there are a lot of groups where you can't post directly.

Search for groups, join them, click to "write a post" If it shows post now then join them. If shows send for admin approval then don`t join them.

No way bro. Facebook deleted that function. If you want quality group, you have to follow the rules

You cant bypass the rules set for each group be it private or public.
If it has mod approval then that is where it will get approved and posted.
The best thing is to post something they will definitely approve you need to tweak your strategy when it comes to FB groups straight link posting will get most of them deleted.
