asking for free traffic is a little bit like asking where you can get free coffee everyday. If you want free traffic, you have to work hard to generate it . There are no easy routes

You start where the traffic is. If you have access to Semrush.. I'd personally start with a big platform like Quora and then using their keyword filter input my niche keyword(s) that I'm after and look at different metrics like search volume, keyword difficulty and write content based on what seems easiest to after. In a nutshell that is where I would start if you're looking for some free traffic. You can rinse and repeat this for any major platform.
 
Insult a known blogger on fb with your link. Get tons of traffic from his fans
