How can I get my Instagram account back?

Can anyone help me get my account back?
A few days ago I tried to sign in the website from my pc and it asked for my phone number. After 24 hours when I tried to sign in I got a message saying my account was disabled.
Seriously, I haven't done anything against Instagram TOS.

Is it true that in order to talk to a human in meta to recover my account I have to buy FB ads? I can't do that since it's not available in my country.
So I wanted to know if I could pay someone here to do that for me,

instagram never returns the accounts, forget about that one and create a new one, its support is null
 
If you are willing to hire someone for this specific job, you might want to post in the "Hire a Freelancer" section and someone would get back to you.

In my opinion, you should just forget about the disabled IG account, learn from this mistake, and move on. Create a new account and never repeat the same mistake again.
 
maybe you should forget about that account. because IG won't return your account
 
Do not listen to people who say your account is done, they do return accounts, experienced myself. Someone gave you the form above, good luck!

Quite a few, then i had to send my own picture with name written on it when the page that was banned was a niche page. I got banned because i was growing so fast that algorithm thought i was using AI bots :D. Whole process took a bit over a month
 
Mine is almost same. When I say forget password, a reset password is sent to my mail and I change password. When I try to login, they say Email doesn’t exist. Like wtf.
