I lost access to an account that's been inactive since 2013. I made it using an email at tempemail.com which I cannot remember and is long gone, the password is none of my usual ones. The account is using my real name, but Twitter will not take action for impersonation.

I bought likes and followers for it which is against the TOS but there is no way to report an account for that specific cause.

Is it possible to delete this account?

No there is no chance to delete it.

The possibility of you guessing the mail and password is higher than twitter deleting the account.

Can you recreate the email address you registered with? If so, you can create it and then recover your password. As i understood you were using some kind of temporary email service, so it might be possible to create the same email address again.

If you have acces to the original email address you can delete your account yourself, or try to contact the support

Look guys. Maybe you didn't read that part he used a temporal mail. These systems get used to always generate a new address. So there is no way he can access his mail again.
You can try the support but they will tell you it's not possible (they don't want to delete the account).

As you know the chances of getting back or deleting twitter is entirely dependent on your email, so if you remember from which website you created temporary email and remember the actual email, may be you can contact the support of the email website(if any) to request the same email.
