How can i change devices in google ads? I want to remove tablets and mobile and leave only desktop.

It depends on the type of campaign you're using, on Pmax I don't think it's possible, but in campaign settings you can reduce bidding on these devices and practically prevent them from being broadcast.
 
If you have a lot of campaigns, you can plug in a script that will adjust bids both for devs and by time of day for each hour of the day. It's very handy.
