How are these people posting in .edu sites?

In every blackhat niche you see .edu sites with pdf files ranking on top. However i dont see an option to sign up and do the same. Maybe they are legit students of that university?
What do you guys think??

All it takes is to find a form that allows uploads on the website. There's tons out there.

easy thing, just find a webform with file upload option.

So you mean to find another website/webform which will allow you to upload on .edu sites?

Nope, find sites that have .edu in their domain and webform with file upload in the site itself

Search google with dorks like this: "upload" site:.edu
and find a webform like this: https: //join.rit.edu/ register/FA_upload
And upload your pdf
I think it is clear now
