I see many brands getting strong engagement from reels but I am more interesting in conversions than views what type of reels content actually drives website click leads or sales consistently in competitive niches

A lot of brands seem to be using Reels more like conversion funnels now instead of just “viral content.” The Reel grabs attention, builds trust quickly, then pushes viewers toward a simple action like a DM, product tag, comment keyword, landing page, or offer. The brands converting well usually keep the content native-looking and problem-focused instead of making it feel like a polished ad.

It also feels like saves, watch time, replays, and trust signals matter more than raw likes now. Many creators are noticing that short, authentic Reels with strong hooks and clear intent tend to convert better than overly produced content.

Most brands i see now are using reels that don't even look like ads. UGC style content and fast hooks seem to convert way better than polished promo videos.

Its reels man. Reels are getting good exposure and many agencies/brands are posting content so that they can get ex exposure that way. You can do ads and boost the post; however reels gets very good exposure.

Brands now show you what problem the product will solve or how you will feel having it, then ask you to comment a keyword to get the link

You do need to solve problems for your potential customers ], show that through reels, get their attention, then funnel to a good CTA (call to action) through your website/blog and finally convert them into paying customers.

IG reels are top-of-funnel, so they should be treated as such (leave a lasting initial impression). Afterwards convert via VSL or a call. More often than before, people in the info-space are trying to capture the leads within the first 30minutes of the sign-up since No show's are so frequent nowadays.
