How any bought views from ViewTornado that has partner?

I am currently debating whether or not to buy views from ViewTornado because I have recently got partnership on my YouTube channel. I know it says that the views don't affect your partnership but I just want someone that has partner to clarify that it doesn't affect your partnership in any way.

I just applied for partnership, but I actually got revenue through ad sense just recently because of viewtornado so I can vouch too.
