I haven't used the mobile views methods for long time. Is it still working? I have old SpK's bots and they worked perfectly before.

I am currently debating whether or not to buy views from ViewTornado because I have recently got partnership on my YouTube channel. I know it says that the views don't affect your partnership but I just want someone that has partner to clarify that it doesn't affect your partnership in any way...
