Hello.

I am back again. I want advice from the seniors here. I want to start a company soon. It will be a completely legitimate business. I want to set up the company completely remotely from my room. I always targeted this business and had been saving money. There will be another owner, and we will own the company together, 50-50. I am from India, and my co-owner is from the Philippines. Our company is going to be a digital publishing company, publishing webnovels or other digital entertainment in serialization format.

What I want is: Extremely convenient and save to create the company and operate it from my country.
Low taxes, maintenance fees etc.

I will probably need a bank and need to set up both Stripe and PayPal, or just Stripe. So far I have heard of Delaware, Wyoming, and Singapore. I am also looking for lawyers who handle everything like this, and IP management(I might not find intel on that here ig).

If anyone has any suggestions, ideas or advice for me please let me know, as I am only trying to start out and not get scammed.

If ur main goal is low tax + easy setup, Delaware/Wyoming = simple but still US compliance headache, Singapore = stable but pricier. For remote founders in India/PH, Estonia e-Residency is underrated, smooth online, banks + Stripe friendly. Whichever u pick, lawyer for setup is smart move, saves u from scammy agents later.

I think Estonia also had 20% income tax? Btw, for lawyers, should I go with a firm that handles IP laws? It's a pretty big(?) firm, while I don't know much about these things and don't have any connections with any lawyers.

You're on the right track, Wyoming LLC is a way to go in your case. It costs 400$ and you have the whole setup with stripe and wise friendly company.

If you want something easy to run fully remote with low tax and good access to Stripe/ PayPal, take a look at Hong Kong jurisdiction

It doesn't matter where your company is based as long as the PE is in India it should get taxed there.

just open up some 100-150$ US LLC hire some indian fiverr who get your EIN for 20$ and you're good to go.
got 5 LLC's - my first about 3 years back no problems ever

If you need PayPal for your US LLC you need a ITIN or SSN

Can you tell me where i can talk with somebody that can help me with that?
a lot of Merchant providers especially for high-risk industries, just google it, Wandycc, Payking, Solvy, EasyPay, UniqPayments in my experience that i know

There is important aspect regarding that Estonia solution: Estonia is EU-member. It means in case of any "doubts" one (based in EU) is easily reachable for any EU-based country's authorities.
I think UK can be safer place, being outside EU. Yes, British authorities also can comply with any "warrants" etc. sent to them — but in this case they don't have to. In Estonia this is a must for them.

Choosing to work primarily with digital currencies can help you steer clear of traditional financial institutions and the complexities they bring. By focusing on decentralized assets—such as cryptocurrencies—you reduce exposure to conventional banking processes, fees, and regulatory hurdles. This approach lets you manage transactions directly on peer‑to‑peer networks, bypassing many of the middlemen that typically handle fiat money. In practice, relying on crypto solutions can simplify your financial workflow and limit interactions with legacy banking systems.

> There will be another owner, and we will own the company together, 50-50.

Rule # 1. NO. NO. No. No. NO!

Rule #2. Obey Rule #1

You need a USA Company

NO SINGAPORE. Very expensive with no benefits

NO Delaware. Too expensive. No protections

Use Wyoming

Try Northwest Agents or someone that can help with your bank
