I have 21K page and reach of a post is about 20000 with 200 shares.
Is that normal? average post is reached about only 1000 people.
how can i increase the reach.
Page has violation before and now it is ok

Facebook allows your post reach just a small percentage of members, to get a good reach you might have to pay for ads

Also, the bigger the page is, the smaller percentage of the fans you can reach. For example on smaller pages (20-50k) the reach is about 10%. On larger pages it drops down to about 1-2%

You can reach many of your audience if you share inbound interesting content for your audience. If you do outbound posts expect almost none of reach.
I believe facebook pay attention on the engagement and based on engagement it will give you more reach.
