A little about myself: I am currently a sophomore in high school living in California. I started doing basic freelance web-building work when I was twelve, and than moved on to more social media work and entrepreneurial stuff when I was around fourteen.
Now I am currently getting around 1k sales every day, resulting in give or take $600 profit. I am running a store using Shopify and drop shipping, will probably be looking into SEO for a future career.
Trying to manage my job along with school is quite a challenge. I use Oberlo to place the orders, but I don't have any time to go back into the program to do the updates to provide the email letting the customer know that their item has shipped. Been looking for a VA, just don't know if I can trust them with these tasks. If only there was a way to auto send out an email to customers when their order has shipped it would reduce a ton of time. Another main complaint I receive is that orders take way to long to arrive even if I use ePacket, with a low percentage of customers returning. Been looking into warehouses in the US that could stock and ship inventory to reduce the shipping timeframe, but they all have a big fee from what I can find.
All I can say is to stay motivated and test the market. Try products, people will only look in the past at the products that have failed and give up. Change your mindset and adjust your approach, cause you will find a method that is successful.
Cheers
