This method is about 90% blackhat, the only 10% is for reputation sake.
Ok, first things first, this isn't a method that will make you rich, not at all! The method I am going to explain is something that I did that was easy, let me keep my day job, and take care of my bills for a little while, but it is consistent with making money, I do assure you!
Necessities

Primary Youtube Account
Extra Youtube Accounts
Youtube Comment Poster
Pay Per Download Account (ie Sharecash)
Something worth uploading
Maybe hypercam
Maybe a mic (or be an excellent typer)

At one point, I was making about $10 - $20 per day till most of my videos were taken down by competitors and a handful of them were actually stolen!!! (pricks...)
What I actually uploaded were fake cracks windows 7, fake paypal hacks, email advertiser *cough*spammer*cough*, fake adsense hack, email lists, runescape accounts, and a great deal of other things, and I demonstrated how the programs and hacks would work and of course, made it look like they all work and did their job on video before uploading the video on youtube. Of course I was very finicky about keywords and linked ALL of my working videos that way if the program doesn't work, they can go and find another program they want from me.
Of course you want something real once in a while that people want so they come back looking for you or refer you to their friends to download from.
The next trick is to harvest a good number of related youtube links for added benefit and spam the videos with your video link or your download link, this way you can get extra conversions, I recommend doing this with your good uploads, as this would at least get some people to look to you for some goods.
I spent one hour a day for about three months, eventually pulling in around four hundred to six hundred a month for a couple months before the videos dropped like flies because of other competitors, and I didn't save my videos to reupload... and I eventually got a pay raise which made me even more lazy....
Its not a lot, but depending on where you live, you can at least be comfortable and still not worry too badly about the bills.
