Hotmail to Hotmail emails getting Junked

Very simple situation: made today 2 new email accounts in hotmail A and B. A sends email to B, msg goes to Junk,from its own hotmail servers,everything legit. Whats going on anybody knows? Same thinh happens for emails from gmail to hotmail, also get junked. However confirm email from blackhatworld went through - fine! Did hotmail blacklist the whole internet,including their own servers,i dont't think so.
Anybody have any ideas?
All settings are standard,Spam filter is set to "Standard" brand new account,just made for testing.

Not too long ago a gmail confirmation email (sent by and thru the google smtp server) ended up in the spam box of a hotmail account I linked to it.. So guess someone was a bit too tight in the filters department...

Yes but this is brand-new HOTMAIL accounts not even gmail,and they go to junk. I tested it a bunch of times with new account on hotmail,it always goes to junk. Makes no sense. I can understand if it was some outside domain sending stuff,but internal hotmail-- very weird.
