Hot to get high page rank

Hi,
I want to create a few blogs/forums. whats the quickest method to get high page rank? Are there any tricks on how to get page ranks right away or very quick? Is there a service that anyone can offer to get high page rank? Please let me know the best and fastest method to do this, please mention time frame.

There are certain sites that never seem to get past PR0 though. I have one such site that is ranked first page for like 5 keywords that all get over 100,000 searches a month, it has around 500 backlinks (most low quality but definitely enough PR to get to PR3 let alone PR1), gets lots of traffic, converts well, almost a year old, still no PR though.

OP - I agree with poster - who said buy a high PR domain - but a better way (at least it works for me) is buy an xrumer blast or do angelas and pauls backlinking method but choose your own sites to link from as theirs are now saturated with spam and ineffective (links / profiles getting deleted daily)

OP = another suggestion is get busy creating hub pages squidoo lenses and create scribed documents , all containing links back to your site (scribed = pr9)

OP - Get backlinking and you will get PR and serps

Just build backlinks from other high pr sites. Its really not that hard, there are a heap of good methods in this forum. Start by finding a blog that has link spam on it, and backlink checking everyone else that has spammed there, you will find a heap more blogs to comment on, rinse and repeat.
