Hosting Similar to Rumble.com? We handle DMCA Notice?

We're looking for any help to set up our own servers and manage them much like Rumble.com does.

I believe they cannot be shut down by anyone, the FBI literally would have to show up and remove the servers, right?

How would we do this? We're ok complying with DMCA 'but' we've had people report to host that we have illegal content, seen it was false but hosting provider doesn't even LOOK at content, tells us to remove in 24 hours or site is gone.

How do we bulletproof our take down FROM HOSTS, and handle DMCA ourselves. How do we only get takend down by the FED or the LAW?

Do we need bare metal servers on a co-location?

Do we need to own servers and physically put them in co-location?

Do we need to OWN an entire data-center?

If you have to ask these questions, I would suggest to stop thinking about offering such services in the first place. You absolutely need to have experience in dealing with this before even thinking of offering any such service.
