Hosting for scraped site

I am looking for a reliable host which supports linux, php, mysql .. for hosting my auction site with scraped content. They should not take down my site even if somebody complains that the data is scraped. Some Russian hosting services are good for this, but I can not communicate in Russian. Thanks for your suggestions.

2x4.ru - their support icq speaks english

Thanks trophaeum !
