Good, now everyone can download their cPanel backups from HostGator, HostMonster, BlueHost and any other hosting companies that EIG owns and move somewhere else. From everything I've read and witnessed myself, the Provo datacenter is for bottom tier hosting providers that want to save a buck. Saving a buck cost a lot of lil guys a lot of money. Do yourselves a favor and move. Even if the sites are back up, servers residing in Provo, Utah have a high latency and frequent *episodes* of packet loss.
