Few hours back got an email from hostgator india that someone taken over my domain
Dear Customer,
Your .IN Domain Name has been moved to another Customer. You will no longer be able to Manage this Order from your Control Panel.
I instantly tried calling their support but they were unavailable.
After waiting for a while i got the reply that it was a glitz from their end where the email was sent mistakenly to all clients.
Now is that supposed to be new year prank. They didn't even feel notifying all the clients again that the last email was a mistake.
Totally unprofessional. Big thumbs down.
Hope this post will save others(who have domains on hostgator india) some time.
