I few weeks ago I picked up a script from this forum for Instagram. It worked like a charm. It goes out and find photos relevant to my keywords and likes them. Curious at who has liked there photo, people check out my account, realise I'm relevant to them, and follow me. As scripts to, this is perfect. I'm not following thousands of people, just liking things. And over a few weeks its got me over a thousand genuinely interested and engaged followers. It's not too spammy or intrusive, TA just saving me the time of going out to find content to like myself.
So, does something similar exist for Facebook. Something that will automatically go out and like things that are relevant to what I do, in the hope of making connections and attracting more people to like my page.
Just so I'm not bringing nothing to the table, the closest I have found so far is script that allows you to automatically subscribe to people's feeds. The people are in Facebooks list of recommended people, so you know they all have quite similar interests and are likely to subscribe back. Similar to so many twitter scripts. The only problem with this is that it only works with individual accounts, not with pages, as only individual accounts can subscribe. But I am working on a plan that I could set up an individual account specifically to get subscribers, then use that as a platform to encourage people to like my page, and ultimately visit my website.
I'm a terribly noob at all this, So I'd be very interested to hear what you guys on the forum think? Any other hints, tips or good ideas to get a reasonable amount of quality followers (not talking millions, hundreds would be a good start) in an effective, non-spammy way?
