Hitting the Wall

Well, it's been 2 months of marketing, promotion, design, copy & paste, rinse & repeat. I'm running several automated twitter accounts with thousands of followers that link to a whole hoard of auto-pilot minisites & blogs that utilize a combination of adsense and other various PPC ad programs. I've submitted countless pages to Stumble and a huge list of search engines & directories. I've fallen asleep at the computer a few times maintenancing my CPA ads and posting on craigslist and promoting my sites in various forums across the web. I've implemented 60+% of the programs sold around the internet.

Last month, I made $1.55.

So I guess what I'm looking for is a little advice, perhaps some moral support. I always hear that too many people give up too early. I'ts getting kinda hard to push through. Feels like I'm hitting the wall.

twitter is rarely targeted, youre loosing your time there.

Target your traffic. If I read well, you get traffic but no conversion. that is because you offer isnt enough targeted, as maybe for your cpc. In my mind I already had forget twitter.

I feel for you. I've been there and actually if I tried the same as you, my results would be the same.

Forgive me asking. But what's your "product"? All I see are CPA Ads, and trying to drive traffiic. May I suggest that for a moment you dump all this BH malarkey.

Go white hat and create a product that people want. Develop that niche. And THEN, BH the traffic. I'm not saying this will work because my 'products' have not been a mind-blowing success. But it's more likely to succeed.

Another alternative is to go "OFFLINE". Which is what i'm doing. Oh I'm not getting rich because I still have a full time JOB. But at least my offline activities are bringing in around $1400 per month which helps pay for the chardonnay

track your goddamn results.

if you did something and it made you $0, then figure out why, and fix it.

then do it again and try to make more than $0 this time.

you have to know why something's happening before you can effectively change it.

just repeatedly trying hard without paying attention to what's actually going on will get you nowhere.

search engine traffic is the most targeted traffic that you can possibly get without hand picking them from twitter or other websites. don't invest your time in twitter unless you REALLY know how to market... go for the rankings my friend, and you won't be disappointed.

Just remeber, that once you get over the wall and find something that works for you, it is all down hill from there to the golden bucket.
