Sales Representative (Chatter) (Remote)​

We are an OF Agency. Currently, we are expanding our team, and we have an opening position for a sales agent.


The main responsibilities of the role are: engaging in conversation with our customers, building relationships, selling PPVs, documenting your insights, and being the middle man managing custom orders between the customer and our clients.


We are accepting both expert & beginner chatting agents, training is provided upon signing the contract.

Salary:​

$5 per hour (~$867 per month) + 10% commission on the sales you make.

Requirements:​

• Ownership of a Laptop or a Stationary PC.
• Stable internet connection.
• High-Level verbal and written English communication skills. Effective communication skills are a must-have for this role, as you will be working closely with our team, customers, and clients to ensure seamless operations and alignment. This position requires collaborative efforts, and the ability to communicate effectively with all parties involved is critical.
• We are seeking candidates who are available to fully commit to our agency and therefore do not have a secondary job or are currently enrolled as a student. We require our team members to attend work consistently and maintain a strong attendance record.

The ideal candidate for this position must possess a strong understanding of social skills and know-how to interact with people effectively. Demonstrating the ability to engage with individuals from various backgrounds and build rapport is a key requirement for this role. In addition to the above requirements, the successful candidate should be open to receiving constructive feedback, willing to learn, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances. This role will involve experimentation and continuous improvement of both personal skills and agency systems. The ability to receive criticism positively and implement suggested improvements is essential for success in this position.

• In-depth understanding of psychology.
• You can create sales. Not only take customers' orders.
• Building close relationships with our customers.
• Selling PPV (Pay-Per-View) messages on demand.
• Documenting your insights.
• Developing/Upgrading/Updating our Chatting System & Scripts.
• Presenting & Negotiating prices with our customers.
• Creating custom order tickets for our clients, reviewing the custom content produced, and delivering the content to the customer.
• Managing multiple accounts at once.
• Having video call meetings with the team.
• Organizing our customer database.
