Key Performance Objectives - (KPOs)
- Build relationships with the subscribers.
- Achieve sales targets by selling digital products and services.
- Adjust and adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Compensation & Career Opportunity
- You'll receive $3 per hour plus a 10% commission. Salary is paid on the first day of every month, with funds typically transferring within 0-4 days depending on your country and bank.
- We guarantee a consistent 40h work week.
- There will be an opportunities for advancement into a sales manager role as you gain experience and the agency grows.
- During your time with us, you'll develop sales, human relations, and psychology skills that you can apply to your everyday life.
- The job is completely digital, you will be working remotely from home 100% of the time.
Requirements

- Ownership of a Laptop or a Stationary PC.
- Stable internet connection.
- Ability to work full time, 40h+/week.
- Advanced verbal and written English communication skills.
Schedule
In our agency, we operate on a two-shift system where one client is served by two chatting agents working different shifts. To coordinate time zones, we use the Universal Time Zone (UTC). Please convert it to your local time zone to determine the accurate shift times.
Shift 1 = 22:00 to 08:00 UTC.
Offline time = 08:00 to 12:00 UTC.
Shift 2 = 12:00 to 22:00 UTC.
Each shift totals 10 hours, which includes 1-2 hours of breaks. 2 Days off included per week.
