I am looking to hire a Marketing and Community Manager to help promote a forex trading initiative targeting Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. Here are the responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborations: Identify potential collaborators (forums, influencers) and negotiate cross-promotions.
-Social Media Management: Promote the initiative on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and use relevant hashtags.
- Forum Engagement: Post about the forex trading opportunity in relevant forums for example Lowyat Forum (Malaysia), HardwareZone (Singapore), and Brunei community forums, or even better forums. Craft compelling messages explaining the benefits.
- Paid Advertising: Allocate and manage the budget for targeted ads on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Optimize ad campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analytics: Monitor growth metrics, engagement rates, and conversions. Provide regular reports and insights to improve strategies.
- Community Engagement: Respond to questions and comments within the community, fostering interactions. Manage community discussions and ensure a positive environment.
What We Do:
- We run an online community focused on gold trading setups, mapping analysis, technical insights, and trade news. New members will need to join our online community and use the special IB link provided in the group to sign up.
**Target Audience**:
- Individuals interested in forex trading from Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei.
Objectives:
- Generate $2000-$7000 in monthly deposits through a special IB link provided by my broker.
- Ensure genuine engagement and signups.
Budget:
- Our current budget is $200-$300. If the deposits exceed our expectations, the budget may increase accordingly.
Additional Information:
- Most of our organic members have come from doing TikTok Live sessions. We would love to hear your suggestions if you have any other effective strategies for growing members and increasing signups.
*Requirements*:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, community management, and paid advertising.
- Ability to target specific regions (Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei).
- No bots, only genuine engagement.
