I'm looking to have my site looked at for SEO errors.
I'm using WordPress

I'm also am looking to have A quality graphic design for home page.

My site has been around for 13 years & has bounced around Google Under my main keywords lately .
I was on front page now I'm on 3rd page .

I know Google is using a new algorithm not sure what affect that might be having .


Besides my SEO issue I think the home page is low Quality .

I have done a lot my self when i scan my side everything is clean.
I have Google Webmaster Tools everything checks out there as well.
Not sure what I'm doing wrong
I have high score backlinks
 
Better learn the skills of SEO on BHW. As this is the great forum when it comes to learning SEO.
 
yeah, why not trying yourself to check for errors?
 
Srinu gave you a good advice. There are many possibilities for your rank drop, I bet on-page isn't one of them:
1) spammy backlink profile
2) low backlink aquisition consistency
3) low social media signal and/or consistency
4) outdated/expired content
5) low rate of fresh content added to the site

As you see there are loads of possible issues going on. Please do your due diligence before you decide who you're gonna trust fixing your site. There are loads of scammers and pseudo-experts out there.

You need to keep update your site so the SEO score wont decrease. Google like the new content
 
Have you looked at your link portfolio?
Any new changes to the site?
Any duplicate URLS?
Have you stopped and started your SEO?
What about anchor text?
Hosting? Any downtime?
Do you take payments online? If you, is everything secure?
Get someone who doesn't know your site to have a look at it and then ask, would you trust it with your credit card details
