• Compensation: $45,000/year + equity stake
• Commitment: 6-month preliminary period (with potential for long-term opportunities)
• Remote Work: Available (bonus if you're based in NYC or Florida)

We are bootstrapped, which means we’re operating with a lean budget as we prepare for pre-seed funding. However, joining us now positions you as a founding member, with the potential for significantly higher income as we scale and secure additional funding. Requirements:​

• Must reside in the US
• At least 18 years old
• Leadership skills, ability to manage a team, and a collaborative mindset
• Strong work ethic, multitasking abilities, and a drive to overachieve
• Fluent in English
• No criminal record or sanctions
• Previous experience, project examples, or a relevant degree required

About the Role:​

We are seeking 1 Development Lead during this phase who will:

• Oversee platform development and execution
• Lead the development team and manage strategic goals
• Drive innovation and ensure deadlines are met
