Hiring: Build my WP Niche Blogs

Looking to hire someone for a possible long term gig building my WordPress adsense niche blogs.

I will provide the domain, hosting, content, featured images.

The blogs will have WordPress installed with some of the basic work already finished such as Plugins I need already installed, and pages required such as Privacy Policy, About Us, Contact, ect already finished.

Here is an example of a theme demo I recently purchased that I have installed on the current blog I need built and wanting to be similar to the demo; https://mhthemes.com/demo/?theme=magazine_14

Most the data such as content a featured images are already added on the blog I need finished currently so paying $60 for someone to configure the new theme I purchased to be similar to the demo version. Will need 1-2 blogs a built each month and will pay $80+ for those.
