Hiring BOT Creator - Simple BOT for Data Collecting

I need a BOT/ Browser Extension to collect data from Website Sources Page, like view-source:https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/hire-a-freelancer.76/create-thread

BOT/Extension will collect Data/Number only in this Format: "number":0123456789, from the source page & provide me only Number/Digits in Text/CSV. In the sources pages, there will be lots of numbers, but the BOT must collect Numbers from the Following format. This is 10 Digits number & every source page will have only 200 Data in this format. BOT Must collect & provide the 100% Accurate Data.

Work Process For Extension: it will only collect data when I open the Web Source Page & click on the Extension.

I prefer Browser Extension. If Python BOT easy to create, handle/collect data accurately & low cost, I will go for Py BOT.

Is it multiple websites or same site? it might differs because of security, firewalls, etc

Same website. I will manually open/download the source page every time. Then the BOT/Extension will collect data.

There is no security mechanism. Moreover, I will manually download/open the source page, then it will collect data.

So you provide the python script the URL, scrapes it, saves all 10 digits numbers in CSV, done. Correct?
